SHIPPING POLICY
We currently offer free USPS 3-5 day shipping on orders $25.00 or more. You have the option to pay for expedited shipping if you need your product sooner. As we grow, we will continue to pursue the lowest shipping costs we can find to pass those savings on to you.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! If you have any questions about our returns policy please email us at hello@fetchfix.com
Fetchfix has a 30-day return policy from the date of order. Returned goods must be unused and returned in the condition in which they were shipped. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To make a return, please email Hello@fetchfix.com and include the name or order number. We will process a refund within 5 business days of receiving the item.
Damaged Items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us at hello@fetchfix.com for assistance getting a replacement.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
